I have a passion for Creative Writing - and there is a plethora of incredible text editors on the market. Some with feature lists so long it takes years to master, some with all kinds of cloud based functionality. Writing is a very personal experience and there is no perfect editor - we each have our own nuances and expectations. 

I originally started developing Boundless because I wanted a clean, sleek (dare i say beautiful?) editor which keeps me focused on writing without getting distracted by all manor of features and tech (the irony that i then spent my time writing software rather than my novel is not lost on me!). And so this software has at its heart the core principals of visual simplicity, distraction free writing and a licensing model which means you pay once and keep your software forever - no monthly fee's.
